Texas grocery retailer H-E-B says it will build a massive distribution and manufacturing facility east of San Antonio. The 1 million-square-foot facility is planned for an 871-acre plot, according to the San Antonio Express-News, and will create 300 jobs in the area.

The facility will be the largest single-build warehouse and largest investment to date for H-E-B. The company says it plans to invest at least $130 million at the site over a three-year period.

H-E-B operates more than 300 stores across Texas and has more than 50 in Mexico.
