Gourmet Greek foods specialist Hellenic Farms LLC’s newest addition to its product roster is a Sofi award winner.

Roselle, New Jersey-based Hellenic Farms won for its new line of vegan Fig Salamis, which are marketed with deli cheeses. A ceremony announcing the winners of the 2018 Sofis, which are awarded by the New York-based Specialty Food Association, was held April 11 in New York.

Hellenic Farms’ Fig Salami line currently has three flavors and will soon add a fourth:

  • Dried Greek Figs + Cinnamon + Pistachios
  • Dried Greek Figs + Aleppo Pepper + Orange Zest
  • Dried Greek Figs + Aleppo Pepper + Smoked Paprika
  • Dried Greek Figs + Almonds + Black Pepper (Coming Soon)
