The Grocery Manufacturers Association is hosting a free webinar on food safety.
Set for Oct. 22 from 10 to 11 a.m. ET, the webinar, “How to Strengthen Your Culture of Food Safety with GFSI’s New Guidance Document,” will focus on the five dimensions of a strong food safety culture laid out in the guidance document:
- Vision and Mission;
- People;
- Consistency;
- Adaptability; and
- Hazards and Risk Awareness
